The Department Of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract award on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" to The College Entrance Examination Board, 45 Columbus Ave New York, NY 10023-6917 The service is to provide PSAT tests and score reports. PSC is U099, NAICS Code is 611691, and Size standard is $14 Million.

The sole source determination is based upon The College Entrance Examination Board being the only source able to complete to provide PSAT tests and score reports.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
