ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS Submission of Price Quote - Contractor shall submit the following in 1 copy (electronic): 1. Completed schedule (pricing information) for all line items listed in the combined synopsis/solicitation / amendments. 2. Completed Clause 52.212-3 and Alt I, "Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Item's" As noted above. 3. BASIS FOR AWARD The Government will award one contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.106 to the responsible offeror who is deemed Lowest Price-Technically Acceptable (LPTA). TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 1.0 SCOPE The following specification pertains to the purchase of one new Prefabricated Building (Data Center) for delivery to Greeley Air National Guard Station (GANGS), Colorado Air National Guard, in Greeley, Colorado. The successful offeror shall be required to pre-manufacture the Data Center, as specified herein and in accordance NFPA, Unified Facility Criteria, DoDM 5200.01 Security Standards, Weld County, and City of Greeley Codes for occupied space and deliver the finished Data Center directly to GANGS. 2.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS The successful Offeror shall supply and install a fully-enclosed building, minimum of 310 sqft for modular data center, equivalent to the C-FORTS 96 (or government approved equivalent), for 140th Civil Engineering, Buckley AFB, CO 80010, for delivery to Greeley Air National Guard Station. The entire building must allow for placing, leveling and relocating the Data Center on a level surface. The Contractor shall be responsible for packing and shipping the Manufactured Building in a manner that will ensure undamaged and complete arrival to the site.
