Task A
1. Structure shall be capable of supporting HL-93 loading.
2. Cover height will be approximately 2 feet.
3. Hardware for culvert fabrication shall be included in delivery.
4. Structure shall be a Bottomless Aluminum Box Culvert, Structure number 26, as shown on page 68 of Contect Structural Plate Design Guide-5th Edition, OR approved equal.

Task B
1. Structure shall be capable of supporting HL-93 loading.
2. Cover height will vary from 18" to 10'.
3. Hardware for culvert fabrication shall be included in delivery.
4. Structure shall be a Bottomless Single Radius Arch, as shown on page 39 of Contect Structural Plate Design Guide-5th Edition, OR approved equal.

Task C
1. Structure shall be capable of supporting HL-93 loading.
2. Cover height will vary from 2' to 5'.
3. Hardware for culvert fabrication shall be included in delivery.
4. Structure shall be a Pipe Arch, as shown on page 8 or 9 of Contech's Corrugated Metal Pipe Design Guide

ALL PRODUCTS SHALL BE MANUFACTURED UN THE USA

Submit to the contracting officer the following information:
- Company brochure or written technical capability outlining project of similar magnitude within the last three years.
- Identify a point of contact, with name, email and phone number.
