This document constitutes an invitation for competitive, electronic or sealed bids for the development of a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Audits for the Missouri Department of Corrections in accordance with the requirements and provisions as set forth herein. The contractor shall understand and agree that the purpose of the contract is to establish a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) facility audits for prisons and community confinement facilities for the Department.
