This is a public announcement regarding the plans for the Judiciary Multiple Award Services (JMAS) IV solicitation.

The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) anticipates that it will issue a solicitation for proposals for JMAS IV in February 2014, but not prior to February 11. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. Interested contractors should check FedBizOpps daily for amendments to this announcement or issuance of the solicitation.

Firms who responded to the JMAS RFI issued in the summer of 2013 should be aware that significant changes have been made to the statement of work and the labor categories.

The AOUSC is not responsible for firms allocating or not allocating resources based on this pre-solicitation announcement, and we make no commitment as to the date of actual solicitation issuance.

The AOUSC will not respond at this time to comments or questions concerning JMAS.

Contractors are asked not to contact any AOUSC personnel regarding JMAS IV, as no additional information will be provided until actual issuance.
