Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Energy), Into-Plane Division, will be hosting a Pre-Proposal Meeting Mid-March 2020, in Northern Virginia. The exact date and time will be announced later.   

The main objective of this pre-proposal meeting is to provide interested parties with an opportunity to seek clarification on the specifications and requirements of the Request for Proposals (RFP).  The Pre-Proposal Meeting is for information only. 

1.2 SOUTHCOM Into-plane RFP will cover locations in Argentina; Bahamas; Belize; Bermuda; Brazil; Cayman Island; Chile; Colombia; Costa Rica; Ecuador; El Salvador; Guatemala; Mexico; Panama; Peru; St. Thomas; Trinidad & Tobago; Uruguay; and Virgin Island

2.3 CENTRAL Into-plane RFP will cover locations in USA to include the following locations:  Colorado; Illinois; Indiana; Iowa; Kansas; Kentucky; North Dakota; Michigan; Minnesota; Missouri; Nebraska; Ohio; South Dakota; Wisconsin; Wyoming

2.3 EAST Into-plane RFP will cover locations in USA to include the following locations:  Connecticut; Delaware; Florida; Georgia; Maine; Maryland; Massachusetts; New York; New Hampshire; New Jersey; North Carolina; Pennsylvania; Puerto Rico; Rhode Island; South Carolina; US Virgin Island, Vermont; Virginia; Washington D.C; West Virginia.

DLA Energy will attempt to provide oral responses to all questions, including both those submitted in writing in advance and those asked during the pre-proposal meeting.  Any answers furnished during the conference, however, are preliminary, and will not be official until DLA Energy has provided them in writing via an amendment to the respective solicitation. Following the Pre-Proposal Meeting, all materials distributed at the meeting, questions, and written answers will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities at www.fbo.gov.
