IAW FAR 12.603 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-07, effective 10 September 2021, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 30 August 2021, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) effective 26 July 2021.

The 48 Communications Squadron (CS) Tactical team is looking for training that will increase our depth and breadth of knowledge for certain pieces of radio equipment, which are the PRC-117G, PRC-152 and PRC-160. All of these devices can be used for line of site communication as well as satellite-based communication. We request the training to be held at RAF Lakenheath for up to 10 personnel.
