SPE4AX-14-R-0005 is an unrestricted solicitation for sole source Pratt and Whitney NSNs. It is anticipated that these NSNs will be awarded against the existing DLA Pratt and Whitney Joint Opportunities Contract (JOC) SPE4AX-13-D-9424. All NSNs are sole source to Pratt & Whitney CAGE 52661. The NSNs included on this RFP cover multiple FSCs and weapon systems. FOB origin and inspection/acceptance origin DLA Direct stock locations in accordance with the basic JOC. Requests for a copy of the RFP should be made to the Contracting Officer in this notice. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to the synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interests of the government.
