Solicitation is for a contract to procure the remanufacture and upgrade of a welding cell consisting of two (2) Sciaky M5 Fusion Welding Systems. Period of performance is 36 weeks ARO. A Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation package and will specify the maintenance requirements.

Solicitation is other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1).
