KWRL TRANSPORTATION COOPER ATIVE WOODLAND, WASHINGTON PPL/CAP 2020 PROJECT Bids due 1:00 pm, May 21, 2020 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS General Notice KWRL Transportation Cooperative (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: PPL/CAP 2020 Project Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the KWRL Office, located at 989 Frazier Lane in Woodland, Washington, until Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 1:00 local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Add approximately 54,000 square feet of paved area to an existing school bus parking facility, including grading, retaining wall, curb, asphalt pavement, stormwater treatment and conveyance, public water main improvements, sidewalk, fencing, lighting, and landscaping. Bids are requested for the following Contract: PPL/CAP 2020 Project Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $500,000 to 600,000. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: http://ftp.olsonengr.com/ftp-files/ KWRL_Expansion_Bid Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with Olson Engineering, Inc. by e-mail ([email protected]) as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated peri odically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Ship ment will be by FedEx, UPS, or USPS as selected by the bidder. No in-person pickup of documents will be available.
