Pasco Public Facilities District (PPFD) is seeking statements of qualifications for Design-Build services for an aquatics center in Pasco, WA using progressive design-build delivery method. Wenaha Group is serving as the PPFD’s Owners Representative. Notice to Proposers – All Requests for Qualifications shall be: Submitted via email to: Brooklynn Jefferson [email protected] Electronic qualifications will be received until: Friday, September 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM PST The email subject shall read: “PPFD Aquatics Center RFQ” All qualifications shall be in the format requested or they may be rejected by the owner. It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to ensure that the proposal is submitted to the owner’s representative at the specified email address listed above before the time and date set for proposal closing as noted in the solicitation. The owner will not be responsible for proposals delivered to any location other than the email address listed above. Proposals delivered to another email address will be considered non-responsive. A project Information Meeting is scheduled for August 28th, 2023 at 10:00 am via Microsoft Teams, the link will be included in the RFQ packet.
