Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office is requesting information regarding

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This requirement includes the need for gloves, masks and

hand sanitizer. DLA invites all interested parties to submit a written response to this Request for

Information (RFI). Please refer to Attachment 1 – Statement of Work for requirement

specifications.

This RFI is being sought strictly for the purpose of gaining knowledge of services and supplies

available and an estimate of their costs and should not be construed as intent, commitment or

promise to acquire services or supplies offered. No contract will result for any response to this

RFI.
