1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
a. Solicitation Number: FA8307-16-R-0068, is issued as a RFQ.
b. The solicitation and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, dated January 24, 2018.

3. Proposal Due Date: 27 April 2018 at 5:00 p.m. CST to Elizabeth Rodriguez at email [email protected]. This requirement is for all or none in accordance with FAR 14.404-5. The award will be made in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(g).
4. Brand Name Justification has been submitted to FBO for these items in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c).
• Delivery: 30 days ARO or provide your best delivery schedule: San Antonio, TX.
• Inspection/Acceptance: Destination.
