Continual system support and maintenance services for the Nuance PowerScribe 360 system used by Radiology to dictate reports for resulting radiological studies. The University has determined that this purchase is only economically available from this source because the procurement is software license, upgrade or maintenance. Nuance developed the Nuance PowerScribe 360 system and they are the only company that can realistically provide the necessary support and maintenance on their proprietary software. As owners of the intellectual property for the Nuance software, only Nuance can provide ongoing software updates to ensure we remain up to date with the latest functionality.
