The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) located at Tulsa, Oklahoma intends to compete a firm fixed price contract for a single purchase of:

This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under W912BV19Q0046, as a firm fixed type contract based on the following criteria: Past Performance and Lowest Price with a weight of 70 Past Performance and Price being 30.

 WORK TO BE PERFORMED:

Contractor shall be responsible for providing all supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment, and other incidental items (unless otherwise noted) necessary to remove existing rotten power poles and replace with new power poles at Eufaula Project Office, Eufaula Lake, Haskell County, Oklahoma. The job will include removal of existing rotten power poles with cross arms and installing new power poles with new cross arms, not all cross arms will be replaced due to (7) seven cross arms being replaced in 2018. All installation will be in accordance with state and local requirements and specifications. Power poles and cross arms shall be new and meet current NESC industry standards.
