NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD -- The 325th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order toSiemens, Inc for (QTY: 2 EA) Siemens Building Technologies Control Board Power Modular Equipment Controller 1300F I/O PB.MDM FLN, Mfg Part #549-622. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. Quotes are not being requested and written solicitation will not be used. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). The anticipated award date is 2 Sep 10. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44, Technical Amendment effective 18 July, 2010, North American Industry Classification System Code 333415 and size standard of 750 employees apply to this procurement.
