The project scope consists of twelve light industrial buildings totaling 146,052 square feet of grey shell CMU construction (20) units total and 15.2 acres of site improvements. The onsite improvements include, but are not limited to, rough grading (including over-excavation and certification of the building pads), storm drain system including both surface and underground retention, wet utilities, dry utilities, concrete curb and sidewalks, site lighting, irrigation & landscaping, asphalt paving, striping & signage, screen/retaining walls, and trash enclosure construction. The project also includes miscellaneous offsite improvements on Power Road.
