The Government is seeking a minimum of 6,688 to a maximum of 7,778 of (ABOA) square feet of office space for the Powell Ranger District Office in Panguitch, UT. The current leased facility is a co-location with the Forest Service (FS), the Farm Services Agency (FSA), and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). The office needs to be in the city limits of Panguitch, Utah and will provide space for an estimated 39 fulltime and 6 seasonal employees. Please see attached.
