Notice of Final Payment Notice is hereby given that the Town of Jackson has accepted the work for the Powderhorn Lane Stormwater Treatment Project (TOJ #19-18) as complete according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the Agreement between the Town of Jackson, Wyoming and Evans Construction Company of Jackson, WY. Evans Construction Company is entitled to final payment on December 3, 2019. Claims for labor and materials furnished to the Contractor must be submitted to the Town of Jackson (Attn: Brian Lenz – Town Engineer), PO Box 1687, Jackson, WY, 83001 prior to the specified date of final payment.
