Synopsis:
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 633d Contracting Squadron is seeking information on potential firms qualified to provide quotes on a future solicitation. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed-price for Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) Storage for Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. The mandatory requirements are as follows:

• Contractor must have technical ability provide the following for a maximum of one hundred (100) POVs: indoor storage facility, quarterly maintenance, tire changes if needed, battery changes if needed, and car wash. Contemplated contract will have a period of performance of one year with two option years.
• Contractor must be able to transport a maximum of one hundred (100) POVs safely and securely from one storage facility to another.
• Contractor must be able to transport vehicles from centralized locations on Langley AFB, VA and Ft. Eustis, VA to the contractor's storage facility. Contractor must be able to move inoperable vehicles within contractor's facility.
• Contractor is responsible for losses and damages inflicted to the vehicles during transport or in contractor's storage facility. Claims process will be specified in a Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Contractor must be able to receive and release a POV within 72 hours of notification.

The expected NAICS code for this procurement is 493110. Any information submitted is voluntary. Request interested firms submit (1) the NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER of the firm (including CAGE code); (2) a capabilities statement not to exceed ten (10) pages, (3) their SIZE STATUS. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources and determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate.
