Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER), Alaska has a requirement for outside storage and regularly scheduled maintenance of privately owned vehicles (POV) in storage, and a permanent fence to be erected around the storage site. The location of the storage site is on JBER and POVs are defined as automobiles, sports utility vehicles, pick-up trucks, and vans (Does not include motorcycles). It is the intent of the JBER Contracting office to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a base year with four (4) possible option years. The contract will include a separate CLIN for fence installation, with a projected start date of 11 September 2011, with the base year services starting in FY12. Period of Performance for base year is schedule to be from 1 October 2011 to 30 September 2012, options years following 12 months each after. All qualified sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered for award.
