This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20111207. NAICS is 334515 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.

The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing the following BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement for First Mark Controls position transducers (also known as string potentiomenters). Best value to the government will be determined by the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
