The quantity of material covered by these specifications shall be the requirements for the City of Reading Wastewater Treatment Plant for calendar year 2019 and will amount to: 15,000 gallons of oxychlorine compound (Sodium Chlorite based) Liquid shipped in 250- gallon totes. It is understood that the quantities listed are estimates and shall not be construed in any way as a commitment on the part of the City of Reading to purchase like amounts during the contract period.
