The work to be performed is as follows: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary to deliver potable water to the areas listed in the PWS and any other area that may require potable water on Eielson AFB, AK.

The Government intends to evaluate offers and select the awardees utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Source Selection will be conducted using the procedures from the Air Force Source Selection Policies and Procedures, the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department Of Defense (DOD) FAR Supplements and Air Force FAR Supplements.
