Description:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

 Solicitation number H92240-12-T-0011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-53. See Numbered Note 01.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns using FSC: S222 NAICS: 562991, SIZE: 7.0 MIL. F.O.B Destination.

CLIN 0001: To provide on-call potable water tank pumping of three (3) 3000 gallon raw sewage hold tanks at the Naval Special Warfare Range 116 Dynamic Shooting Complex located at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.

CLIN 0002: To provide on-call potable water tank pumping of three (3) 2000 gallon storage tanks at the Naval Special Warfare Range 116 Dynamic Shooting Complex located at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.

CLIN 0003: To provide on-call service for six (6) each Portable Hand Wash Stations for the Naval Special Warfare Range 116 Dynamic Shooting Complex located at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.

Vendor will be required to fill one or more potable water tanks within 48 hours of notification. Vendor pump trucks shall be able to adapt to various hose and pumping station fitting to accomplish providing potable water pumping services to existing potable water storage tanks at the Naval Special Warfare Range 116 Dynamic Shooting Complex located at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Vendor shall submit a quote for base plus two option years.

All potiential offerors must submit pricing for all CLINS to be considered for award.

5652.215-9016 Technical and Contractual Questions Concerning This Solicitation (2000) Section L
As prescribe in 5615.209(l), insert the following provision. All questions concerning this procurement, either technical or contractual must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Office. No direct discussion between the technical representative and a prospective offeror will be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer. Questions shall be sent to the following point of contact:

1. Note this is a Fiscal Year 2012 requirement. No award will be issued before 31 October  2012.
2. All quotes must be received via e-mail not later than closing date: 31 October 2011 08:00 AM PST. No extensions will be granted.
