1. Proposals shall be submitted and received prior to the closing date and time of December 11, 2017 at 1700 CST which is also identified on the SF 1449. Please remit documents to the following email address: [email protected]. It is the offerors responsibility to ensure that the quote is received on or before the solicitations' closing day and time.
2. The point of contact responsible for supplying additional information and answering all inquiries is the Contracting Officer via the Contract Specialist. Address all questions or concerns the offeror may have to Ms. Delainena M. Martinez, Contract Specialist and Mr. Drexie T. Jennings, Contracting Officer. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email not later than December 6, 2017 at 14:00 CST to the Contracting Specialist at [email protected] and Contracting Officer at [email protected].
Questions submitted after the specified date/time will not be accepted by the Government.
Responses to the questions will be incorporated into an amendment to the solicitation and posted to FBO for viewing by all potential offerors. Industry questions and answers may or may not have a bearing on the substantive content of the solicitation or the contract requirements, and it should NOT be assumed that the date set for receipt of quotes will be extended.
