The City of Ontario is requesting proposals for Pot Hole Repair Services in the New Model Colony area and adjacent City Streets. The services need to consist of finishing materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals for the performance of this repair program. Maps depicting the boundaries of the streets where work will be performed will be given to interested contractor at the time of the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Pricing (bid schedule) will go in the response file under the attachment tab. The bid schedule No. 1 is located in the RFP documentation that is under "Documents/Attachments". Electronic modifications or bid withdrawals may be made via the bid management system up to the closing deadline. Also, other than questions addressed at the pre-bid meeting, all questions must be submitted in this bid management system by selecting the Q&A tab.
