The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award firm-fixed-price, sole-source purchase order to United States Postal Service. This requirement is for the purchase of postage for the Regional Office. This requirement will be fulfilled on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The period of performance will be one (1) year from date of award. The purchase order will be granted in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. A determination not to compete this proposal contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304.
