The Private Trust Company, N.A. is now the sole trustee of the Ethel Lund Revocable Living Trust dated July 19, 2005, and any amendments thereto. All persons having claims against Ethel Marie Lund (decedent) or the Ethel Lund Revocable Trust dated July 19, 2005, are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or said claims will be forever barred.
