65 x 50mL of Syphilis IgG samples (50/65mL)
65 x 50mL of HSV 1 positive IgG samples (50/65mL)
65 x 50mL of HSV 2 positive IgG samples (50/65mL)
65 x 50mL of Rubella positive IgG samples (50/65mL)
65 x 50mL of Zika positive IgG samples (50/65mL)
65 x 50mL of CMV positive IgG samples (50/65mL)
65 x 50mL of Malaria positive IgG samples (50/65mL)

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contract Specialist on or before 8:00 AM EST on August 28, 2018. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. All vendors/prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to an award of a federal contract. Responses received will be considered for future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the CDC will proceed to sole source this requirement to Boca Biolistics.

The anticipated date of award in August 28, 2018.
