Q: Capstan capable means you want the capability to attach a shaft but do not need a capstan head shaft at this time correct?

Q: In regards to your Solicitation N00167-18-Q-0002 can you please clarify if delivery location is Bethesda, MD (description showing in Item No 0002), or the ship to address to Silverdale, WA?
