The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to LSC Environmental Products, LLC, Inc. to spray mineral compound over landfill. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  Solicitation M67001-19-Q-1195.

This Notice of Intent is Not a Request for Competitive Quotes.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
