Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Portsmouth Readiness Center – Sustainment – Latrine Renovations, 19- 005, State PN 123-18369-009 at 3200 Elmhurst Lane, Portsmouth, VA. The project is generally described as renovation of approximately 2,700 square feet of space to be used for new restrooms, to include providing temporary facilities during construction. Sealed bids will be received at the Department of Military Affairs, Building 316 Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA 23824. The deadline for submitting bids is 3:00 P.M. sharp, as determined by the Bid Officer, on September 9, 2020. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 3:00 P.M., on the following day, at the same location. All bids SHALL be submitted in a sealed envelope.
