Sealed bids are invited for the construction of HVAC/Dehumidification Design, Portsmouth Readiness Center, project code 123-18369-011 at Portsmouth, VA. The project is generally described as installation of DOAS units and associated ductwork at the Portsmouth Readiness Center. Project will also include air curtain(s) at the large roll up door in the assembly hall to maintain a barrier between the indoor and outdoor air and minimize infiltration of humid outdoor air into the space.Sealed bids will be received at the Department of Military Affairs, Building 316 Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA 23824. The deadline for submitting bids is 3:00 P.M. sharp, as determined by the Bid Officer, on September 15, 2020. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 3:00 P.M., on the following day, at the same location. All bids SHALL be submitted in a sealed envelope.
