This Sources Sought notice (SSN) is in support of Market Research to identify potential sources, and if future efforts can be competitive or Set Aside for Small Business. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, which has a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $12 million.

This SSN is to notify companies that the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS), is seeking qualified sources to provide training services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The training facility must be located within a distance not greater than twenty five (25) miles of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine.

The Government is interested in all businesses to include 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. All potential vendors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be registered as a potential source. Firms that possess the ability and can produce the required services described above and in the attached DRAFT PWS are encouraged to identify themselves.

Only those Responders that are able to meet the following criteria should respond to this Sources Sought Notice:

1. Entity is capable of meeting ALL specifications outlined in the attached DRAFT document.
2. Entity has an active CAGE Code, and current registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov).
3. Entity does NOT appear on the Excluded Parties List

Responses should include the following information:

1. Company Name and CAGE Code as reflected in its current SAM Registration, and Tax Identification Number (TIN).

3. Business Size & Business Type
4. Company’s Capabilities or Access to the above referenced proprietary drawings
