The purpose of this amendment is to remove line items 005 and 006 and extend the closing date.


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 334517- Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing with a size standards of 1,000. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) and subsequent order are set-aside exclusively for only those authorized Small Businesses. Quotes from other than these vendors will not be considered. This is a RFQ is for a Licensee Compliance Audit. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract as a result of this solicitation. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
