The City of Torrington is accepting sealed bids for the rental of Portable Toilets at Various City locations from qualified contractors. The required rental specifications and locations are detailed in the attached and all services provided shall be in accordance with the conditions set forth in this Invitation to Bid. Award resulting from this bid will be a firm fixed term contract July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. The deadline for bid submittals is March 16, 2021 at 11:00 AM. The City of Torrington reserves the right to award or reject any or all bids or any portion thereof; to waive technicalities; to award the contract to a bidder other than the lowest bid and to award the bid and/or contracts to one or more bidders submitting essentially identical proposals, and t in the city’s judgment, will best serve the public interest.
