This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W50S8R-21-R-0015 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business. The NAICS code that applies is 332311 and business size is 750 employees. This action will result in a FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition After Exclusion of Sources.

Contractor shall provide:

One Portable Guard Shack which attains to or surpasses the following minimum salient characteristics:

Portable gate booth capable of holding two people

Weight requirement: Max 9,000lbs

Minimum ceiling height 84 inches

Color: any color

Bullet resistant walls (small arms and 5.56) (NIJ IV std)

bullet resistant windows

bullet resistant doors with standard door lock and dead bolt

bullet resistant gun ports,

Minimum R-19 insulated for walls and ceiling,

Heater, A/C,

Fork lift pockets,

Electric 110volts (outlets, switches, interior lights, exterior flood lights), steel shelf inside

Road legal trailer with landing steps, electric brakes, leveling jacks, generator platform, 6,000 watt portable electric start diesel generator

Delivery is required within 90 days of contract award to 1947 Harrington Memorial Rd, Mansfield, Ohio 44903 utilizing FOB Destination.

Evaluations factors will be Best Value determination by evaluation of Responsiveness, Technical, and Price as set out in Attachment 1: Provisions and Clauses under Addendum to 52.212-2.
