The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a non-competitive basis with Knight Aerospace Products, Inc., San Antonio, Texas for the purchase of portable floor cranes (PN: 50223000-1, NSN: 3950-01-394-1256), associated spares, and in-country training. The equipment is being procured in support of the Taiwan E-2 Foreign Military Sales.

The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not to request for competitive proposals: however the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
