The Arkansas Army National Guard requests quotes for portable toilets and hand washing stations rental services.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 11755591, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991- Septic Tank and Related Services, a small business size standard of $8 Million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 18 April 2022 at 4:00 PM EST. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be Camp Robinson Maneuver Training Center (RMTC), North Little Rock, AR. Period of Performance will be 14 May 2022 thru 23 may 2022.  The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Please see attached Statement of Work Statement for full detail.

The AR National Guard requires the following Service:

CLIN 0001: Portable Toilets, (QTY 38 EA) - Portable single stall chemical toilet

CLIN 0002: Hand Washing Stations, (QTY 22 EA)

Interested parties shall review the Statement of Work (SOW) thoroughly for a complete description of this requirement and submit quote with Name, phone #, Small business status, Cage code/ DUNS/UEI # and amounts submitted as CLINS 0001 and CLINS 0002.
