Overview

The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is an agency of the Maritime Administration (MARAD) managed by the U.S. Department of Transportation. The USMMA seeks a qualified and experienced vendor to provide two (2) Spalding Renegade Portable Basketball Backstops with Front Shot Clock Holders for the Athletics Department. The Spalding Backstops will be utilized by the Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, USMMA Midshipmen Physical Education (PE) and Recreation.

Instructions

-Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the Government
-Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small business will not be considered for award
-The products must be an 'Exact Match' to the Spalding Renegade Portable Basketball Backstop (Spalding Model No. 401-050)
-The cost must include Portable Backstops, Alignment bars, Front Shot Clock Holders, Internal Wiring for Daktronics, Unloading, Installation
-Existing in-house unit trade-in discount per Backstop, if any

Evaluation Criteria

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation deemed the lowest price technically acceptable.
