The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research only. The requirement is for a Portable Field Armory and other specifications as detailed in the Required Items List. All items listed are brand name or equal. If quoting "or equal" items, please include all physical, functional and performance capabilities. The unrestricted solicitation, with NAICS 332311, will result in a firm-fixed price contract with delivery to the specified address.
