This is a soliciation for porta potty services at three different locations.

Each location should include:

-Five (5) regular porta potties
-Two (2) ADA compliant porta potties
-Two (2) wash stations
-Nine (9) wrap around services

The three locations to be serviced are listed below:

1. 1982 East 20th Street, Chico CA 95928
2. 2140 Fether River Blvd, Oroville CA 95965
3. 2015 Challenger Ave, Oroville CA 95965

The anticipated period of performance: Base of one (1) month with three (3) one (1) month options. The period of performance end date may vary between locations. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the contract, if the need changes.

Base Period:       12/28/2018 - 01/27/2019
Option Period 1: 01/28/2019 - 02/27/2019
Option Period 2: 02/28/2019 - 03/27/2019
Option Period 3: 03/28/2019 - 04/27/2019

Please note that preference will be given to small businesses located in the Disaster Declared Counties affected by the California Wiledfires; Butte County, Los Angeles County, and Ventrua Counties. If no businesses in those designated ares are available, preference will be given to small businesses located in the State of California.

All proposals shall be evaluated by cost and technical, including delivery schedule.  Please provide the breakdown of costs in your proposal as well as delivery schedule.

Active Sam Registration (System for Award Management) is required at time of proposal submission. Please include duns number in your submission.
