The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center of Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide support services as defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Port-Security Barrier maintenance, inspection and repair services in the Norfolk, VA area.
Reponses to this Sources Sought shall include the following information in this format:
1. Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number and email address.
2. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code.
3. If the items can be solicited from a GSA schedule, provide the GSA contract number.
4. Business Size - Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), Hubzone, Woman-owned and/or Veteran-owned.
5. Proposed NAICS Code
6. Proposed PSC Code
7. Capability statement and relevant experience in the requirements included in the attached Draft PWS. This capability statement shall describe how you would meet the requirements of the Draft PWS in the specific areas of 1) labor categories, 2) approximate labor hours needed and 3) approximate level of regular maintenance and emergent repairs that would be needed.
8. Include any other supporting documentation.
Submissions are not to exceed five (5) typewritten pages in no less than 12 font size.
