The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, Procurement and Grants Office (PGO) intend to award a sole source, contract, in accordance with FAR 13, using simplified acquisition procedures to Alta Innovation Limited, Brimingham Research Park, Vincent Drive, Edgbaston, Birmingham 152 to develop a population-based registry for lupus (both systemic lupus erythematosus and skin lupus) and to determine if this population-based registry approach is appropriate to determine the prevalence and incidence of other relatively low prevalence but high impact rheumatic conditions .
