The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) is issuing this solicitation for a Popular Musical Production for the West Point Band, at West Point, NY.

This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concern under NAICS code 711510 Independent Artists, Writers and Performers, size standard is $8.0 Million per year and FSC/PSC of 7660.

In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered as a Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the SAM system.
