The 4th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for Air Traffic Control (ATC) Instructors for Pope Army Air Field at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina.
This is a requirement to provide up to six (6) Air Traffic Control (ATC) Technical Training Instructors to support Special Warfare (SW) Air Traffic Control (ATC) technical training at Special Warfare Training Wing’s 352 Special Warfare Training Squadron (SWTS) Pope, Army Airfield North Carolina. The requirement is for contractors to adhere to and comply with Instructor responsibilities outlined in Basic Military and Technical Training AETCI 36-2651, AFI 36-2670, and the CCAF Policy, Procedures, and Guidelines (PPG). Contractors will manage the instruction qualification process, annual instructor evaluations, subject matter qualification testing, and instructor scheduling. Instructors serve as CCAF faculty since 352 SWTS is a CCAF Affiliated School.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611519. The size standard for NAICS 611519 is $16,500,000.00. Prior to award, the government will make a determination of whether the proposed price is fair and reasonable, IAW FAR 13.106-3. The Government reserves the right to request other than certified cost and pricing data to support its price analysis in this determination. The anticipated period of performance is 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2022.
