The Offeror must be an authorized, qualified, and certified vendor and must quote on an all or none basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Only one contract will be awarded.

Line items:

0001 - Provide all replacement parts and services to remove and replace all hydraulic hoses and associated fittings on vehicle pop-up barriers at the Main gate and Portales gate at Cannon AFB. Then service each barrier with the correct amount of hydraulic fluids. (5 at Main gate, 2 at Portales gate)

Site Visit:
There will be a mandatory site visit conducted on 09 Feb, 2012 at 1300 MST. This site visit is mandatory as it will answer most if not all of any questions you may have regarding this requirement. Please review this RFQ and the accompanying document and submit any questions you have via email ahead of time NLT 07 Feb 2012 so that we may work on getting the answers to everyone the day of the site visit. Contractors will have another opportunity to submit questions in writing after the site visit.
