The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to extend for 6 months the award C-OPC-23289 with BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for Pool Processing and Certification Agent (PPA), Central Paying and Transfer Agent (CPTA), Platinum Trustee, and Multiclass Information Agent Services for the processing and issuance of Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS).

FNF Servicing currently is the incumbent provider of the Pool Processing and Certification Agent (PPA), Central Paying and Transfer Agent (CPTA), Platinum Trustee, and Multiclass Information Agent Services for the processing and issuance of Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS). The extension is intended for transition out purposes to new awardees of the RFP competition.
