Construction of a single structure that is divided into 4 cabana spaces. The structure will be 10ftx45ft and each cabana will be 10ftx11.5ft. It will be a cedar build with a double peak, open air metal roof. Raftering will consist of cedar 2x12 material. The posts will be 6x6 cedar and are required for the structure. The East 45ft wall, South 10ft wall, and the North 10ft wall will be constructed out of cedar 2x12 running horizontal, gapped 2 inches apart. There will be a wall constructed between the center two cabanas with 2x12 cedar boards running horizontal gapped 2 inches apart. There will be 2 curtain walls between the two outer cabanas that will measure 8ftx10ft. The interior height is 8ft cedar rafters. Contractor is responsible for all labor and material.
